We welcome Rick Williams to our Lexus Sales Staff. Rick brings 14 years of luxury automotive sales experience to New Country Lexus of Latham. In addition to numerous awards and accolades for customer satisfaction and sales achievement throughout his career, Rick has recently received the "Elite of Lexus" award for 2007.

Tom brings 14 years of automotive experience with him to New Country Lexus. Tom has worked in Sales, Finance, Service, and most recently served as General Sales Manager of a high-volume Chevrolet dealsership. He is excited to bring his diverse knowledge of the auto industry to the luxury import market, where he looks forward to providing great service to his current and future clients. Tom's honest and low-pressue apporach to sales will be a great benefit to New Country Lexus, and make for a promising realtionship with our customers. Outside of work Tom enjoys, golf, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Jamison joined New Country Lexus in August of 2006. He has a background in insurance as a claims handler and has served as a consultant representing auotmobile buyers. He has used this unique perspective to better serve his customers and presents the Lexus product with low pressure approach. He and his wife recently welcomed a baby girl into the world. Outside of work he enjoys sking, spending time with his family and playing the piano.

Tony has accumulated 24 total years of Import automotive retail experience.  He has headed a Business Management Dpartment, New and Pre-owned Sales Departments, Internet Departments, and held the position of General Sales Manager of a high volume Import Franchise for  six years prior to joining New Country Lexus of Latham in 2001 as General Manager.  The store has achieved the Elite of Lexus Award  from 2001-2007 while under his management.

Ashley grew up in Burlington, Vermont and graduated from the University of Albany in 2005 with a Criminal Psychology degree. She initially accepted the position of Assistant Office Manager with New Country Lexus of Latham in November of 2005. She was promptly promoted to our Sales and Leasing department in May of 2006. She has been extremely successful due to her possessing a positive attitude and upbeat sales approach. Ashley enjoys frequenting concerts, gymnastics, reading and acknowledges her weakness for the love of shopping for clothes, handbags, and shoes; but who doesn't? Ashley's goal is to own her own home within two years and have a family some day!

Ellis has been in the car business over thirty years, winning numerous awards for excellence in customer satisfaction. He is delighted to represent this fine product at a dealership that is truly the "Elite of Lexus" Ellis' low-key knowledgeable approach makes buying a car a truly enjoyable experience. Ellis lives in the country with his wife, Pam, and their two children. He enjoys tromping around the woods with his dog Moby.

Elite of Lexus Service Manager for 6 years running! Twenty years of automotive service related experience. Ten years with New Country Lexus of Latham and manages a fantastic service department that has maintained steady growth, coupled with high customer satisfaction. John enjoys fishing, camping, and spending time with his family.

Jay has been Associated with New Country Lexus of Latham since 2004. In March of 2005 Jay was promoted to Parts Manager. In his free time, Jay enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.  He enjoys playing sports with his children. Jay is an avid New York Yankee Fan. Jay is looking forward to providing reliable and fair service, from the Parts Department, to all of his customers.
